During pre-construction, we lead the selection of contractors from architects and general contractors to mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors. We manage the team by establishing and monitoring your goals, schedule, and project budget.
As a component to our project quality assurance/quality control program, we conduct constructability reviews of the site packages and building at various milestones. In addition, we check for drawing coordination and look for opportunities to provide cost-effective design solutions while maintaining Owner goals for the project.
Estimate & Schedule Preparation
We build reliable estimates and schedules early in the project and provide the tools necessary to get a good start without having to commit to the rest of the project team (contractors and designers) too early in the development process.

With detailed estimates in place, WCG helps establish the total cost of the project. From here, we monitor the budget on an ongoing basis, striving to keep costs down wherever possible. We update all costs in real time so clients can view cost status and track progress at any point of the project. We have the ability to output detailed reports or high-level executive summaries, depending on your audience.
