Project Description

CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories, serving hospitals and clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, relocated their original Seattle headquarters to this state-of-the-art facility in Tukwila. This two-story 48,000-sf anatomic pathology laboratory and office build-out included structural and mechanical upgrades, an elevator, secondary chemical containment, and an addition of SCL service.

Our Approach

The Westlake team became an integral part of the project team, assisting the client with critical decision-making, facilitating smooth coordination with the landlord, navigating COVID-19 related closures and delays ensuring the best possible outcomes, and bringing in and working with a trusted partner, Turner Construction, to build out a dense laboratory space with over 230 pieces of unique equipment.
