Ian got his start in the Seattle commercial construction market working in the field as a laborer. He now boasts over 20 years of experience, having worked for general contractors in a wide range of positions from project engineer and assistant superintendent, to business development and project manager. Ian’s project experience includes healthcare buildings, shell and core construction, museums, seismic and historical renovations, and tenant improvements for corporate offices and life science facilities. He is a dynamic team builder who values craftsmanship and takes pride in a job well done. His diverse construction background affords him the leadership skills, technical acumen, and attention-to-detail necessary to deliver successful projects.

Before entering construction, Ian cooked in the Seattle restaurant scene and shaped snowboards in a local factory. He continues those pursuits today, adventuring through the Pacific Northwest alongside his wife and two boys. Ian also loves to read, garden, golf, cycle, and build.
