JB offers construction management experience in both high rise core and shell, and tenant improvement projects. JB’s shell and core experience comes from his background in general contracting with a focus on structural and building envelope systems. JB has also supported leasing and property management needs through test fits, space design, permitting, estimating and construction services. His team-oriented leadership style and attention to detail promotes effective and efficient project delivery.

Born and raised in Seattle, JB has observed and participated in Seattle’s growth and transformation as a city. He earned degrees in construction management and business administration from the University of Washington. In his free time, JB enjoys playing golf, skiing, camping and watching football (GO DAWGS!).
