Matt leads projects with a focus on assisting clients through complex construction processes. He has experience in all facets of project management, including pre-construction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, and contract reconciliation. Matt specializes in high level organization, efficient communication, and day-to-day project management operations. With over 8 years of Owner’s Rep experience, and more than 16 years of construction experience, he has collaborated on projects spanning a wide range of market sectors including commercial office, life science, multi-family, and hospitality. In addition to managing projects, Matt also directs his expertise towards evaluating and championing new business opportunities at WCG.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys international travel, camping, concerts, and dog friendly breweries and restaurants with his partner Renee and pup Rooney.
